The 3rd World Parkinson Congress 2013 has been accredited by the Université de Montréal.
The Université de Montréal will
send out an email to all qualifying health professionals who attended
the 3rd World Parkinson Congress with information on how to redeem your
CME credits. This email will go out Wednesday, October 16, 2013.
The Vice Dean of Education and Continuing Professional Development of the Faculty of Medicine of the Université de Montréal is fully accredited by the Association of Faculties of Medicine of Canada (AFMC) and from the Collège des médecins du Québec (CMQ) (Quebec College of Physicians). The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education recognizes the credits offered by the Université de Montréal.
For general practitioner/family medicine physicians, the Vice Dean of Education and Continuing Professional Development recognizes a maximum of 35 credit hours for the entire program of the 3rd World Parkinson Congress (Category 1) with a maximum of 1 hour per module.
For specialists, the Vice Dean recognizes 1 credit per hour of participation (Section 1), for a maximum of 35 credits for the entire program of the 3rd World Parkinson Congress as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (maximum of 1 credit per module).
The Faculty of Nursing, Université de Montréal, recognizes 35 hours of accredited training for the program of the 3rd World Parkinson Congress (maximum of 1 hour per module).
For all other participating professionals, this program provides a certificate of participation of 35 hours for the 3rd World Parkinson Congress (maximum of 1 hour per module).
Participants must claim the number of hours according to their participation.
