REGISTRATION
All faculty will be provided with an online link in January with instructions to confirm your registration details. The process will be very simple via login to the Invited Speakers abstract form.

ABSTRACTS*
All presenting faculty are expected to submit an abstract of your talk. You received an email on Monday, December 3 that included the link to access the submission pages for outlining your abstract.

*Exclusions to abstracts: Chairs, co-chairs, panelists in workshops. Workshop panelist should work with the lead presenter in that workshop, the Introductory speaker, to ensure their message is included in the abstract, which will be presented by the lead presenter only.

TRAVEL
Faculty are expected to book their own travel to and from Montreal. The local 747 Shuttle bus travels every 10 minutes from the airport to the downtown area next to the Convention Center (Palais des congres). Taxis are also an option.
